August 26, 1998--Morristown, New Jersey-Rhoda Anderson Associates, a management consultant firm located in Morristown, NJ proudly announces opening its doors to corporations seeking to develop cost effective and innovative solutions for shareowner communications.

   "Many businesses are seeking ways to maximize the usage of technology and reduce the costs associated with the proxy process," according to Rhoda Anderson president and founder of Rhoda Anderson Associates. "At Rhoda Anderson Associates, we specialize in advising organizations how to plan and implement sound strategies. We can also provide companies with the resources they need to get started.    Among some of the innovative solutions Ms. Anderson plans to offer the Issuer community are the advisory package called the "Paperless Proxy Process", the user-friendly "Online Proxy," the "Financial Printing Contract Management," the "Cost Savings by Design" and the "Corporate Secretary Department Development Program".

   With more than 22 years in corporate management, Ms. Anderson holds a BS and an MA degree. Early in her career, Ms. Anderson had her research published and has continually been sited in professional journals for her innovative solutions to long standing problems. She has held various leadership positions for AT&T and most recently was the Director and Assistant Corporate Secretary for Lucent Technologies.

   In addition, Ms. Anderson is active in the business community. Currently she is the Director and Board Chair of the Investor Responsibility Research Center in Washington D.C., the facilitator for the ADP Investor Communication Services Steering Committee, which reports to the SEC, and a member of the American Society of Corporate Secretaries and Corporate Transfer Agent Association.
